You gotta love Sir Ken. He has a great way of explaining things.
What I took away from this is that businesses can plan for innovation. Can schools do this too? I suppose on what your outlook is. If you understand that anything can be disrupted, then you are constantly looking at the way you do things and try to improve them. I think that schools though are more focused on minimizing perturbations in the assembly line of students. You don’t want innovation unless it can optimize the current methods of assembly. That’s why Interactive Whiteboards are popular but individual study isn’t.
Hmm. Good food for thought.
